The Junior Company
The Junior Company is designed for dancers ages 8–12 who are passionate about dance and ready to take the first steps on a pre-professional track. This company focuses on skill-building, discipline, and artistic growth — while giving dancers the chance to rehearse regularly and perform in exciting, meaningful ways. Most exciting of all? Junior Company members have the opportunity to perform alongside Ambo Dance Theatre’s Professional Company — an inspiring experience for any young dancer!
Weekly Rehearsals: Dancers train two days per week with a focus on both technique and ensemble work
Tuition-Based: Monthly tuition covers all training and production fees
Performance Opportunities: Includes seasonal performances and select works with Ambo’s Professional Company
Pre-Professional Training: This company lays the groundwork for future advancement into Ambo’s Studio and Professional Companies
Supportive Environment: Dancers are challenged and nurtured by instructors who care about both growth and creativity
