Ambo Dance Theatre's Improvisational Company is proud to present Novel Reflections: An Immersive Dance Experiment! This performance is a choose-your-own adventure performance that is entirely improvised (within set structures and parameters, of course)! No two performances are alike, and even people who attend the same performance have the opportunity to have vastly different experiences as audience members will have the opportunity to rove through the space to different rooms. It is a one-of-a-kind experience that takes you out of the box of traditional performance, to experience dance intimately rather than merely witness it!

The show is approximately one hour and ten minutes long and does not include an intermission. This is an immersive and interactive performance; please be aware that you will be moving through the space

• Friday, July 28th @ 6:30pm

ARRIVAL AND PERFORMANCE DETAILS: 

Doors open precisely at the performance start time! Due to the nature of this performance, there will not be another opportunity to open the doors for late arrivals, so please make sure you are planning ahead so you don't miss the show!

You are welcome to wait in your car until we open the doors, but be prepared to hustle and flow once those doors open!

This is an interactive performance. You will be standing and/or mobile for a significant portion of the performance. Please wear comfortable shoes! We also recommend leaving backpacks, purses, and other items that need to be carried at home.

There is, of course, a bathroom available on site if needed. However, you will have a more positive experience if you are able to use the bathroom before your arrival so as not to miss out on any of the show!

We offer flexible ticket pricing through three different options:

• Pay-what-you-can
• Pay regular ticket price ($20)
• Pay-it-forward ($20 + donation)

All donations and ticket costs go toward supporting the performers with Ambo Dance Theatre and other company initiatives. Your support allows us to provide paid dance opportunities to local professionals within our community, and make dance accessible through outreach, pay-what-you-can models, and more!

PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY:

• Parking is available in the lot and on the street!
